The goal of the video was to bring to light how inappropriate it is to slap people.
Nobody enjoys to be slapped, no matter what gender and the younger kids who are more impressionable imitate this behavior that they see in movies and shows. This also relates to our gender roles because men aren't allowed to hit women yet women are seen slapping men for comedic effect in movies.
I think that the sterotype that men shouldn't hit women isn't wrong, but I dont think any type of violence is appropriate.
